Faulty goods:

All 365 Curtains products are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please e-mail us at returns@365curtains.com or call our customer service team on 028 90 240223. You have 7 days following receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective goods due to manufacturing, or damage caused while being in the delivery process or any shortages. We will deal with your queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please allow sufficient time for an item to be replaced, if goods are to be re-made the time period for a re-make will be 3-4 weeks. We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported or to ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.


You can return any items (except items that were made or customised to your specifications) that are unwanted, unsuitable, ordered in error or no longer needed, provided they are in perfect condition, unused and fully saleable. Please return within 14 days from receipt of your order including the original packaging. You are liable for the costs of posting such items back. We’ll refund the original payment upon the receipt of the returned items. We strongly advise that you send the goods back using a tracked service or a courier and keep the receipt as a proof of postage as we won’t be liable for refunding items lost in transit and not received by us. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
